Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 201 pub ("201 pub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 201 pub online gaming platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 201 pub Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 201 pub Platform. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 201 pub strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 201 pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 201 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the 201 pub Platform:
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You agree to notify 201 pub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 201 pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. 201 pub will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.
3.3 KYC Verification. 201 pub is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide such documentation as 201 pub may reasonably request for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 201 pub reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 201 pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 201 pub currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. 201 pub reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. 201 pub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be restricted pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. 201 pub will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals where such delay is attributable to incomplete verification or ongoing investigation.
4.6 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 201 pub account are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. 201 pub complies with all applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
Note: 201 pub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider before initiating a transaction.
5.1 General. 201 pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 201 pub reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 201 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. 201 pub reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus eligibility where it determines that this restriction has been circumvented.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games offered on the 201 pub Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats that are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of each game is determined by the applicable game rules and, where relevant, by chance. 201 pub does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of wagers placed.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 201 pub reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 201 pub's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 201 pub will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 201 pub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 201 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 201 pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 201 pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
9.4 In any event, 201 pub's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 201 pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 201 pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 201 pub complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all other applicable data protection laws and regulations.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 201 pub, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Requests may be submitted to our support team.
11.1 201 pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings.
11.2 Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request a permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. 12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting 201 pub support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by 201 pub. 201 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 201 pub reserves the right to withhold any balance, including winnings, pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, all balances may be forfeited.
13.1 201 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 201 pub will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, by email, or by other appropriate means. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 201 pub's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines or to the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
14.3 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
